Bush, ALC, is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, responsible for Investment Land services and Industrial sales & leasing, as well as, office/industrial development and build-to-suit sites. Dennis has over 37 years’ of experience as a real estate broker representing associations and individual owners in all types of investment land and commercial sales and leasing transactions. He represents exclusive listings of industrial, mixed-use commercial, and commercial/residential land. Dennis was involved in sales and leasing transactions totaling over $38 million from 2012-2018. Dennis has been elected as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) member of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI). He has also been awarded 2007 Florida Land Realtor of the Year by the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute and is a past president of the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
