He represents exclusive listings of industrial, mixed-use commercial, and commercial/residential land. Dennis was involved in sales and leasing transactions totaling over $38 million from 2012-2018. Dennis has been elected as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) member of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI). He has also been awarded 2007 Florida Land Realtor of the Year by the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute and is a past president of the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
