This was a 14.97 acre property on Lutz Lake Fern Road in Odessa, Florida.  Dennis Bush, ALC and Frank Boullosa of the Ross Realty Group represented the seller - Stearns Bank.  The property was purchased by Martha Korman for $322,500.   

These transactions increase the sale of bank owned properties by Ross Realty Group to 17 total to date.  The company has proven expertise in working with bank clients in addition to having several agents on staff with prior banking experience.

Dennis Bush and Frank Boullosa of the Ross Realty Group represented the seller - Stearns Bank.  The property was sold to Omega & Derek Kreidler for $410,000.  The buyer was represented by Weichert Realtors.
